It is important to clarify that in both cases the goods travel in containers. The difference is that, in the first case, relatively small goods of different importers or exporters travel consolidated in the same container and each one pays the proportional part of the ocean freight represented by their goods. In the case of full load, on the other hand, a single customer assumes the full cost of shipping and in return his goods have exclusive use of the container during that trip, whether the container is at the top of its capacity, at half capacity, or half empty.

The Bill of Lading is the document that the shipping company issues to those who present a loose or full load for shipment; in a way, it is the document that accredits the powers to dispose of said merchandise or goods, reason why it is indispensable to have it in order to release the cargo in the port of destination. To do this, the original BL can be requested from the supplier (it is usually sent by parcel to their home address) or the remote release known as Telex Release, in which the supplier delivers the original BL directly to the shipping company at the port of origin of the merchandise or goods, so that the original document is no longer necessary at the port of destination, just a simple copy will suffice.

They are international trade terms expressed in 3-letter abbreviations (e.g. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP, etc.). They help to simplify the negotiation between the buyer and the seller and therefore directly influence the price of the goods. The incoterm establishes the responsibilities of each of the parties, for example, transportation, insurance, taxes, rights, etc.; in this way, the same merchandise will have a different price in each one of these incoterms. They are those that the importer makes directly or indirectly to get his goods arrive at the port/airport/destination customs. This category mainly includes freight, insurance, packaging, handling of goods and some commissions. The sum of the value of the goods and the dutiable items give rise to the customs value, on which the calculation of taxes is made by the authority. 

In goods arriving by sea, liner transport is when the one who sells such transportation  also provides us with land freight to our home or to any other address. This second freight is usually indicated in the MBL in the "Place of Delivery" box, and it means that both the delivery to the final recipient and certain maneuvers within the port are already pre-paid. Non-liner or "out of BL" services is when the land freight is contracted with a supplier other than the one who sold us the ocean freight.
